We recently hired Marquardt Law Firm to update our Wills and other legal documents. We recently moved to Texas and had... a lot of questions regarding Texas Law regarding Wills and Estates. They took the necessary time to answer all of our questions and explained different options available to us. There fees were reasonable and we didn't feel we were being over charged for the services we were requesting. The entire office is very client friendly and helpful.

I would not recommend for estate planning. After an overall underwhelming experience, we were never informed that we... personally would have to reapply for our homestead exemption. Since we were uniformed, there was a delay in our reapplication and we thus are saddled with an extra $2000 in taxes.read more
