Todd Marquardt is the Founder and Lead Attorney of Marquardt Law Firm, P.C., where he serves as the sole owner and managing attorney, dividing his time between the firm’s Texas and New Mexico offices. Since founding the firm in 2009 and transitioning it into a Professional Corporation in 2011, Todd has spent 18 years helping families and business owners protect their assets and prepare for future generations. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from New Mexico State University before obtaining his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. He is licensed to practice law in both Texas and New Mexico and is an accredited attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
